Our Christmas market
I know I must have been busy over December, as I still haven’t posted the pictures I took of our Christmas market at Hide and seek. It was great to have some new products out on display and to wander around the other stalls. I’ve already started sketching ideas for next Christmas!
If you stopped by we’d love to hear what you thought of our stall and the markets!
Some Christmas cheer for your day!
Over 3 days the Foster family took 6000 photos and created the cutest Christmas video ever (yes, ever). This gorgeous family forgoes sending Christmas cards in exchange for video greetings . This years whimsical, vintage Christmas inspired video ooses fun. What a beautiful way to share some Christmas joy with your kids whilst inspiring creativity (and lots of patience). I’m inspired to get my bub involved in some Christmas cheer! Take a look at their cute blog (found at Ohdeedoh).
Christmas designs!
Here’s what I’ve been up to during nap time today. It’s starting to feel like Christmas round here! We’ll have prints and gift cards with these little guys on them at the December Hide and Seek Market on the 19th!

Our first market
On Sunday we packed our car full of prints, frames, cards, clothes and bags (and a baby somewhere under all of that) and headed off to hide and seek markets. It was our first market so it was great to meet other stall holders, chat to market goers and sell some things! We can’t wait for the December market on the 19th! We’ve got four weeks to get ourselves ready, and you’ve got four weeks to procrastinate with your Christmas shopping so you can come along and stock up on some cards, prints, totes and kids clothes! Hope to see you there! Here are some shots of our first market experience:

To market, to market!
I can’t tell you how excited and nervous I am to be holding my first stall at a market next Sunday (21st November). I was so surprised and flattered to be accepted to be a part of the hide and seek market in Kellyville. I’ve been working on lots of new little creations to tote along with me. I’m very new to this, so we’ve been spending lots of time running around trying to find all sorts of bits and pieces like recycled paper envelopes, cello bags, cotton baby clothes, picture frames and baby coat hangers. The market runs from 10am till 2pm, it looks like there will be some beautiful quirky, fun, arty stuff to browse through. I’ll be stocking up on Christmas gifts!
Here’s a taste of what will be at our stall:

The making of a toddler’s wallet
Last week my lovely nephew Benjamin turned two! This little man has a penchant for rummaging through wallets, so I thought I’d make him one of his own. I’ve put together a little ‘how to’ in case you know a wallet rummager too (click on ‘read more’ below).
New designs available!
Here’s what I’ve been up to lately! These will be available in the etsy store as prints and greeting cards soon!
I’ve started playing around with inks. I’m loving how bright the colours turned out.
